We reached out when we felt defeated by our 4 year old golden retrievers bad behavior which included jumping on guests, counter surfing, reactivity to loud noises, and rushing the front door. Mark taught our dog obedience, respect, and what was expected of her. Furthermore, he taught her humans how to effectively communicate with her so that we could correct the behavior we didn’t want and reward behavior that was expected from her. Mark was essential in creating a new found love and bond with our best girl and giving us the tools to not only achieve the results we were looking for but that will last her lifetime. My only gripe is that I wish I would’ve done this years ago. We could cry happy tears with how far she has come and how much anxiety has been relieved. We will still continue working with her every day but she is light years ahead of where she was and we owe it all to Mark!

Not everyone has the same goals as dog owners. Some simple tasks and some more complex. Our dog is our best friend and the last thing we wanted is to train her the wrong way and make things worse or make bad habits. We can all watch YouTube and see how to do anything lol, but having a one on one with someone that truly is interested in helping you and your pup get to where you wanna be is priceless. Getting reassurance that you’re doing it correctly or where you need help is Gold!
As much money as we spend on our fur babies this is probably the only thing that will last lol. After our first class and the tips given I’ve only regret not doing it sooner.
